Miraric Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Miraric, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Entertainment only
Miraric provides AI-generated eye and palm readings for entertainment and self-reflection. The readings are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, spiritual, or professional advice. They are not predictions and should not be used to make important decisions.
3. Your photos and content
You are responsible for the photos you upload and must have the right to use them. By uploading a photo, you grant Miraric permission to process that photo only as needed to generate and display your reading, operate checkout/unlock flows, and provide related support.
4. Payments
Miraric charges a one-time fee for each full reading. Prices are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Miraric readings are personalized digital content generated for you, we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction, changed minds, uploaded image choice, or entertainment expectations. See the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Miraric, including by:
- Uploading photos you do not have permission to use.
- Attempting to bypass payment, unlock, or security controls.
- Using the service for harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
- Submitting malicious files, automated abuse, or excessive requests.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of Miraric at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimers
Miraric is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Miraric is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
