How Miraric handles your information

1. Information we collect
Miraric may collect or process:
- Photos you upload for eye or palm readings.
- Generated teaser and full reading content.
- Checkout details handled by Paddle, such as payment status and transaction ID.
- Basic technical data, such as browser, device, IP address, and error logs.
- Messages you send if you contact support.
2. How photos are used
Uploaded photos are used to generate your selected reading. The image is sent to the AI provider for processing. Miraric does not intentionally store uploaded photos on its server after the request completes, but the image may remain temporarily in your browser so you can preview and share your result.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Generate your AI entertainment reading.
- Show your teaser, unlock paid content, and render share images.
- Process payments and verify completed Paddle transactions.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve service reliability.
- Respond to support requests.
4. Service providers
We may share information with vendors that help operate Miraric, including AI model providers for image processing, Paddle for checkout and payment verification, hosting providers, analytics providers, and support tools. These providers process information for the services they provide to us.
5. Browser storage
Miraric uses browser storage to remember your teaser, sealed reading token, selected reading type, preview image, and included add-on state. You can clear this by using your browser's site data controls or by starting a new reading.
6. Payment information
Payments are processed by Paddle. Miraric receives payment confirmation and checkout metadata, but does not receive or store your full card number.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including payment records, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, and service security.
8. Your choices
You can avoid uploading photos you do not want processed, clear your browser storage, and contact us to ask about access, deletion, or correction requests. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
Miraric is not intended for children under 13. Do not use Miraric or upload photos if you are under 13.
